Operating from Swinton, our team of 23 has delivered over 3.6 billion impressions across 15 countries, growing entirely through word-of-mouth referrals.

We specialise in innovative, data-led strategies across digital, e-commerce, OOH, and social media, with a relentless focus on delivering measurable impact for our clients.

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond marketing, as we drive social and environmental change through partnerships, charity initiatives, and sustainable practices.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our growing team.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, managing their digital strategy and paid media activity across multiple platforms.

Combining hands‑on campaign management with strong client relationships, you'll use data, technology and insight to drive measurable results and identify opportunities for continued growth.

Your Role

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other platforms including Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat and Microsoft Ads.
  • Act as the day‑to‑day digital contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and developing a clear understanding of their commercial objectives.
  • Translate client briefs and business objectives into effective, data‑led digital strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, performance and optimisation to maximise results.
  • Analyse performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Lead regular client reporting and performance meetings, confidently communicating results and next steps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, test new approaches and grow client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the wider Edison team across digital, content, social and media to develop integrated solutions for clients.
  • Support new‑business pitches, proposals and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of platform developments, emerging technology and changes within performance marketing.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle – from understanding the brief and shaping the strategy through to activation, optimisation, reporting and recommendations.
  • Work across a varied client portfolio rather than being siloed into one platform or specialism.
  • Have a genuine voice in client strategy, with the freedom to bring new ideas and challenge the status quo.
  • Work closely with specialists across digital, content, social and wider media to deliver truly integrated campaigns.
  • Build expertise across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on Education and lead generation.
  • Develop your career within a growing independent agency, with a clear progression path as the team continues to expand.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience within paid media/digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering B2C and/or B2B lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into recommendations.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and optimising against KPIs.
  • Excellent client‑facing and presentation/pitching skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in digital marketing and emerging technology.
  • Experience across Linked In, Tik Tok, Microsoft Ads and/or Snapchat.
  • Experience working with Education clients or student recruitment campaigns.
  • Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience contributing to pitches and new‑business proposals.

What Success Looks Like

You'll build trusted relationships with your clients, understand what they're trying to achieve commercially and take ownership of delivering digital campaigns that make a measurable difference.

You'll be proactive rather than reactive – spotting opportunities, bringing new ideas to the table and continually looking for ways to improve performance.

What We Offer/Benefits

  • Regular team socials including European trips filled with great food and (plenty of) drinks – because we believe in working hard and celebrating harder!
  • The flexibility of hybrid working, with up to two days a week from home.

• Your birthday is all yours – take the day off and enjoy it!

  • Complimentary refreshments to keep you fuelled throughout the day.
  • Ongoing training and development to help you grow.
  • Access to cutting‑edge technology and industry insights to stay ahead of the game.
  • A company pension to support your future.
  • Free On‑site parking
