The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Paid Search & Social Account Manager to join our growing team. Working closely with our Head of Digital, you'll manage and optimise paid campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, using a collection of industry-leading technology to drive high-quality leads for our clients.
Your Role:
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Microsoft Ads
- Develop and implement proven strategies to achieve client lead generation goals
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance proactively
- Present regular performance updates and recommendations to clients
- Be an innovator, consistently keeping up with the latest performance techniques.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years experience managing paid advertising campaigns

- Experience across multiple paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Excellent client communication skills
- Experience with CRMs and email marketing platforms
