Care Concern Group is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to manage regional recruitment across East Scotland, including Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife, Angus, Dundee, Aberdeen and surrounding areas. You will attract candidates, manage vacancies and support interviews.
You will visit care homes, build relationships with Regional Directors and Home Managers, and reduce agency usage by implementing local strategies and community partnerships.
