Role
Edinburgh Young Carers is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified applicant to join the service in developingand providing high quality support to young carers in Edinburgh between the ages of 5 and 25 years, focusedprimarily on our 5-9s service.
The post-holder will work alongside colleagues to raise awareness of young carers and their support needs, identifyhidden young carers, and develop and provide support plans to ensure that young carers identified personaloutcomes are being met, in accordance with the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 and Disclosure (Scotland) Act2020.
The candidate will need to be suitably qualified and experienced in working with children and young people, with atleast three years proven experience in a role including individual and group work.
