By maintaining control of our product development and supply chain, we ensure our garments are made from the finest yarns and fabrics — pieces that not only fit beautifully but are made to last. Our store teams are knowledgeable and offer personal, friendly service that keeps our customers coming back. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill concession located within Gates Garden Centre in Oakham. Gates Garden Centre is a popular retail destination offering strong footfall and a vibrant shopping environment, making it an ideal setting for engaging with a diverse and loyal customer base.

About the RoleAs Store Manager, you\’ll lead a passionate and motivated team, drive store performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience every day. We\’re looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
