We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Tingley Garden Centre. Our store is located within Tingley Garden Centre, a popular destination offering a relaxed shopping environment and attracting a loyal customer base, making it an excellent location for delivering outstanding retail and customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  • Drive Sales: lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Operational Management: oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
