We are a major national retailer with over 200 retail stores ranging from High Street stores, Garden Centre concessions, Tourist stores and larger format Destination Stores. Having control of the product development and supply chain ensures we can deliver the best yarns and fabric which not only fit perfectly but will stand the test of time. Our store staff are knowledgeable and provide a helpful personal service
We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Largs. Our store is located in this charming seaside town on the west coast of Scotland, known for its stunning views over the Firth of Clyde, historic links to Viking heritage, and vibrant promenade. Largs attracts a mix of loyal locals and tourists year-round, drawn by its scenic coastal setting, ferry access to the Isle of Cumbrae, and welcoming atmosphere.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
