By maintaining control of our product development and supply chain, we ensure our garments are made from the finest yarns and fabrics — pieces that not only fit beautifully but are made to last. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill concession located within Gates Garden Centre in Oakham. Gates Garden Centre is a popular retail destination offering strong footfall and a vibrant shopping environment, making it an ideal setting for engaging with a diverse and loyal customer base.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and motivated team, drive store performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience every day. We’re looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
