Edinburgh Women's Aid is seeking a Duty & EDDACS Support Worker to provide confidential, safe frontline information to women and agencies in Edinburgh. The role involves crisis phone and drop-in support, coordinating with MARAC and local partners, and building individual safety plans for women and any children affected by domestic abuse.

The post focuses on culturally responsive, trauma-informed support for ethnically diverse, migrant, refugee and asylum-seeking women, addressing barriers to support.
