Edinburgh University Students’ Association is seeking a Senior Retail Team Leader to join our Potter Shop. You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise shift teams, and support stock, cash handling, and merchandising in a busy university retail environment.
The role is 27.5 hours per week, salaried, with a banding of £31,232 to £32,203 (pro-rata £21,472–£22,140). A strong focus on service standards, people development and commercial performance is essential. Closing date 16 October 2026.
