Edinburgh Trams is looking for a Customer & Ticketing Services Assistant to be the front‑line face of the tram network and support various events.
Responsibilities
- Check tickets onboard the tram and at other points on the network.
- Respond to customer queries, identify their needs and offer assistance.
- Provide customer service, revenue protection and crowd control at major events such as Scottish Rugby, Edinburgh Festival Fringe and the Royal Highland Show.
- Understand products and services and recommend the best ticket deals available.
- Assist tram drivers with emergency response procedures, communicating with the Operation Control Room.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Strong enthusiasm, sense of humour, and willingness to help.
