Main purpose of the role:
- Meet and greet leaders and delegates so they feel welcome and properly briefed.
- Provide support to leaders and delegates to ensure the smooth running of their events, this can include photocopying, booking taxis and chasing deliveries.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a warm and friendly manner either responding personally or connecting them to the right person.
- Setting up and replenishing coffee stations.
- Laying out and clearing buffets.
- Hosting clients in our restaurant.
- Setting up rooms in various different layouts to meet our clients' needs.
- Setting up PCs (training will be given).
- Completing daily checks including our 58 point room check.
- Accurately enter contact and event data into our booking system (we'll train you how to use it).

Our friendly, professional and dedicated team hosts up to 15 different events each day for a wide variety of clients. Ensuring our customers are delighted is key to our success and we are looking for someone like you to join our team.
This role will give you the opportunity to develop and grow. As you gain both knowledge and experience you will have the opportunity to work closely with all our clients to make sure their events run well on the day. You will be provided with a structured training programme which will include following checklists, hands on training and weekly one to ones.
