Edinburgh Steiner School is seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to teach Maths up to Advanced Higher level, beginning in August 2026. Core duties would include the delivery of SQA National Courses, and could include non-exam courses known as Main Lessons. Hours might be supplemented with additional subject teaching depending on the applicant's range of interests, skills and experience. Whether the post is full or part time will depend on what the candidate is willing to offer. A full-time post consists of 27 x 40 minute lessons per week, and commands a salary of Β£32,624.58 per annum.
Knowledge and experience of Steiner Waldorf education would be an advantage but is not essential. Applicants must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland, or eligible for registration by August 2026.
