I am an ICF associate certified coach, providing individualised coaching support to leaders, business owners, and employees at all stages of their careers and lives. I also work with associate coaches in supporting team development.

My passion is in facilitatingpeople and organisations to learn, expand their thinking and awareness, and to thrive. My approach is flexible to support your own needs and we co-create every aspect of our work together, in full partnership.

Getting the best from a coaching programme comes from the quality and depth of the relationship we form. I therefore always offer a free initial conversation for us to get to know each other, to understand your needs and how I can best support you with them. There is no obligation to proceed beyond that conversation.
