At Edinburgh Napier University, we are committed to shaping global futures. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious International Regional Manager to lead student recruitment across key markets in the Americas and contribute to the delivery of our internationalisation strategy.
The International Recruitment team's focus is on the promotion of the University overseas and the delivery of the International Recruitment Strategy across four strategic regional groups. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role and be a part of expanding our global reach, developing sustainable recruitment partnerships, and representing the University internationally.
As International Regional Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of targeted recruitment strategies across key markets in the Americas, driving international student growth and strengthening the University's global presence. You will take ownership of regional performance, shape market strategy, and build high-impact partnerships with stakeholders across the sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into effective recruitment strategies
- Experience of managing budgets and delivering against performance targets
- A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to travel internationally
