The International Recruitment teams focus is on the promotion of the University overseas and the delivery of the International Recruitment Strategy across four strategic regional groups: Americas, Europe, Middle East & Africa, South & Southeast Asia.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role and be a part of expanding our global reach, developing sustainable recruitment partnerships, and representing the University internationally.
The Role
As International Regional Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of targeted recruitment strategies across key market in the South & Southeast Asia, driving international student growth and strengthening the Universitys global presence.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced international recruitment professional to step into a strategic, management-level position within a dynamic global environment. You will take ownership of regional performance, shape market strategy, and build high-impact partnerships with stakeholders across the sector.
The role provides valuable exposure to leadership responsibilities, including team management, budget oversight and market development, enabling you to further develop your strategic and operational capabilities.

What Were Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially aware individual who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience in international student recruitment, ideally within higher education
- Strong knowledge of markets across Americas
- Experience of managing agents, recruitment partnerships and strategic relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into effective recruitment strategies
- Experience of managing budgets and delivering against performance targets
- A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to travel internationally

Additional Information
Salary: £ 46,049 - £58,225 per annum
