What You’ll Do:
- Deliver great customer service as a first point of contact, ensuring customers’ needs are met.
- Prepare our venues by setting up and taking down equipment, providing customers with a clean, safe, welcoming environment that is ready to use.
- Keep everything clean, tidy, and presentable, including litter picking, cleaning toilets, changing rooms and windows.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed efficiently and effectively in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
- Positive, enthusiastic approach with experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to listen and adapt your approach to different customers.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
- The ability to follow procedures, work with basic numerical information and complete simple records or reports accurately.
- Basic IT skills, including confidence using systems such as MS Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

- Pitches across Edinburgh - full-time, 35.75 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, working every second weekend 08:00 – 16:00). Driving licence is essential.
- Craigmount High School - part-time, 16.5 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday 08:30 - 17:00)
- ForresterHigh School - part-time, 14 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday 17:15 - 22:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 13:00)
- Liberton High School - part-time, 16 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday - 08:30 - 17:00)
- The Royal High School- part-time, 14.25 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 17:15 - 22:00)
- Broughton High School- part-time, 10.5 hours per week (Week1: Saturday 08:30 - 17:00, Week 2: Saturday 08:30 - 17:00 & Sunday 08:30 - 15:30)
