Operations Supervisor JD
Salary- Β£30,117 per annum (Β£16.23 per hour)
Hours- Full-time, 35.75 hours per week ( 3 weeks shift pattern, mix of early and lates. Earliest start is 6.00am and latest finish is 9.15pm with 1 weekend out of 3)
Contract- Temporary, until 31st of December 2026
Location- Gracemount Leisure Centre

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused colleague to join us as an Operations Supervisor at Gracemount Leisure Centre. This is agreat opportunity for someone who wants to build their confidence, take on more responsibility, and gain hands-on experience leading shifts and supporting a busy venue.
What You'll Do:
- Support the day-to-day operation of the venue and lead shifts effectively
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for staff and customers
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Ensure health and safety procedures and operational standards are followed
What You'll Bring:
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to stay organised and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and confidence dealing with a range of situations
- Experience leading, supporting, or motivating others would be beneficial
