We are looking for a motivated and people-focused colleague to join us as an Operations Supervisor at Leith Victoria Swim Centre. What You’ll Do:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the venue and lead shifts effectively
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for staff and customers
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Ensure health and safety procedures and operational standards are followed
