What You’ll Do:
- Deliver great customer service as a first point of contact, ensuring customers’ needs are met.
- Prepare our venues by setting up and taking down equipment, providing customers with a clean, safe, welcoming environment that is ready to use.
- Keep everything clean, tidy, and presentable, including litter picking, cleaning toilets, changing rooms and windows.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed efficiently and effectively in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
- Positive, enthusiastic approach with experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to listen and adapt your approach to different customers.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

- Craigmount High School – Permanent – 16.5 hours per week; Shifts: Tuesday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 17:15 – 22:00, Monday to Sunday, mix of early and back shifts (earliest start 6:15, latest finish 21:15)
- Tumbles at Portobello – Permanent – 15 hours per week; Shifts: Saturday
