Salary: £25,005 - £25,470 per annum (pro‑rate for part‑time, £13.45 - £13.70 per hour)

Hours: Part‑time (9.5 – 20 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent and seasonal

Location: Various locations across Edinburgh

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver great customer service as a first point of contact, ensuring customers’ needs are met.
  • Prepare our venues by setting up and taking down equipment, providing customers with a clean, safe, welcoming environment that is ready to use.
  • Keep everything clean, tidy, and presentable, including litter picking, cleaning toilets, changing rooms and windows.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed efficiently and effectively in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Positive, enthusiastic approach with experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to listen and adapt your approach to different customers.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
  • The ability to follow procedures, work with basic numerical information and complete simple records or reports accurately.
  • Basic IT skills, including confidence using systems such as MS Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Craigmount High School – Permanent – 16.5 hours per week; Shifts: Tuesday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 17:15 – 22:00, Monday to Sunday, mix of early and back shifts (earliest start 6:15, latest finish 21:15)
  • Tumbles at Portobello – Permanent – 15 hours per week; Shifts: Saturday
