Gym Instructors
Permanent, Part-time and Full-time 11.75-35.75 hours per week

Salary – £25,116 per annum, pro rata for part-time (£13.51 per hour)

Locations – Craiglockhart Tennis & Leisure Centre & Leith Victoria Swim Centre

We\’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Gym Instructors to create a welcoming, motivating, and supportive environment for our members.

Responsibilities

Deliver gym classes with an enthusiastic and engaging teaching style.

Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Interact with customers, offering advice and encouragement.

Inspire our youth and junior members with a high-quality programme of activities that are exciting and developmental.

Qualifications

CIMSPA affiliate (old Reps Level 2) or a CIMPSA Practitioner (old Reps Level 3).

Previous experience instructing group exercise and fitness programs.

Ability to engage and connect with a varied customer base.

Warm and welcoming personality topped with enthusiasm, passion, and commitment.

Craiglockhart Tennis & Leisure Centre – Part-time, 11.75 hours per week, permanent (Tuesday 16:00 – 21:15 & Sunday 07:30 – 14:30)

Leith Victoria Swim Centre – Full-time, permanent, 35.75 hours per week

Assessment Dates: Monday, 2nd of February

Assessment Location: Meadowbank Sports Centre
