Edinburgh Leisure is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and develop a busy venue across Edinburgh schools. You will manage shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support staff and customers while maintaining safety standards.
The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a willingness to obtain a lifeguard pool qualification; training will be provided if not already held. This fixed-term contract runs until May 2027 with opportunities for progression.
