Edinburgh Leisure is seeking a friendly Customer Enquiries Advisor to join our Customer Contact Team at Meadowbank Sports Centre. This part-time role focuses on delivering a positive first impression, handling bookings, comments and complaints, and providing clear, helpful information across phone, email and online channels.

You will build strong knowledge of our products and services, follow established processes, record interactions accurately, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
