We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Customer Enquiries Advisor to join our Customer Contact Team based at our Head Office in Meadowbank Sports Centre. This role is all about delivering a positive first impression and ensuring our customers receive clear, accurate and helpful support across a wide range of enquiries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and web channels in a prompt, professional and engaging manner.
  • Handle bookings, comments and complaints, ensuring customers receive clear information and appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience by providing high-quality, helpful and empathetic support.
  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of all current and new products and services to confidently support customers.
  • Follow agreed processes, procedures and best practices to resolve enquiries effectively.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and updates on internal systems, escalating issues where appropriate.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service role, delivering high-quality support across multiple channels such as phone, email and online enquiries.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to a diverse customer base.
  • A calm, fair and solution-focused approach to resolving queries and account issues.
  • Strong computer literacy, with confidence using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications, membership and point-of-sale systems.

Opportunities available:

You will work 7.5-hour shifts on Monday and Friday between 8:00 and 18:00 (typically 8:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 18:00), plus one weekend day from 9:00 to 17:00.
