The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Ticketing Administrator to join the team. The Role

The role of the Ticketing Administrator is to deliver an efficient and well-organised box office service for internal departments and visiting companies. Ticketing Administrators should display excellent communication skills and always maintain a high level of attention to detail. Ticketing Administrators may also be required to assist with selling tickets during busy sales periods.

Job description and Deliverables

  • Facilitating ticketing requests for internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Managing various ticketing hold allocations
  • Inbox management
  • Assisting with event configuration
  • Additional administrative duties to support the ticketing team
