The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated Event Assistants to join the team. We want you to help us deliver this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.

Job Specification

The Role: As part of the Development Team, the Event Assistants will assist the Event Officers in delivering events and hospitality for our donors, members, supporters, and artists. Assisting the Event Officer, the Event Assistant plans and manages on-site the private interval lounges during Festival performances; supports broader event planning and logistics such as processing invoices, managing guest/invitation lists, ordering and organising supplies, and setting up/breaking down events equipment; interacting with donors and stakeholders; liaising with other departments; and any other tasks as required to fulfil the stewardship and engagement strategy.
