About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring and results‐driven Assistant Store Leader who leads by example, sets the tone on the sales floor, and consistently exceeds Kate Spade service standards. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within a rapidly expanding modern luxury brand, while developing your career and leading an exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and accountability for the store, supporting the Store Leader in daily operations
  • Lead by example through role‐modelling Kate Spade service behaviours and selling standards
  • Empower the team to resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Act as a strong advocate for the team, fostering engagement and high performance
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Leader, peers, supervisors, and corporate partners
  • Support the development and execution of action plans to address key business priorities
  • Influence others to gain support, drive results, and complete projects successfully
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills
