The Queen's Hall in Edinburgh’s Southside is seeking a Box Office Manager to lead our Box Office team and ensure customers receive excellent service both online and in person. You’ll oversee event builds, sales timing, and bookings with precision.
You'll work with promoters on allocations and settlements, manage access bookings, and continually improve how customers book. Experience in box office or ticketing and team training is required; Spektrix experience is helpful but not essential.
