We are delighted to be recruiting an Organisation Support Administrator to join the Organisation Support Team. Working within a highly focused team, your role is vital to the running of the Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Manning the phone lines
- Greeting customers
- Promoting fundraising initiatives and Home run events
- Processing donations
- Managing and maintaining all Front of House duties
- Processing animal intakes
- Assisting with Re-homing procedures
You will be enthusiastic, reliable and confident in speaking to the public and managing a variety of office-based tasks, who can work proactively using own initiative.
