About Us

We're a small, agile, and growing production company creating factual content for the BBC and branded clients. Our films are seen by millions, and we care deeply about producing work we can all be proud of. We value creativity, initiative, and collaboration. Everyone's ideas count here - and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what we make, not just deliver it.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Producer to lead on short-form BBC projects, branded content, and documentary films. This is a role for someone who takes real ownership and can be trusted to deliver. You'll run projects day-to-day, communicate directly with clients, and make things happen without needing close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead production on short-form BBC content, branded films, and documentary projects – delivering on time and to a high standard
  • Manage freelancers and coordinate logistics across multiple projects
  • Communicate confidently and proactively with clients and maintain excellent relationships
  • Produce, direct, and be comfortable with location shooting
  • Support the development of new ideas, treatments, and pitches.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience producing content for broadcast and branded clients (BBC experience desirable but not essential)
  • A self-starter with drive, determination, and the ability to make things happen
  • Proactive, resourceful, and driven – someone who sees solutions rather than problems
  • Flexible and adaptable: willing to work evenings, weekends, and attend shoots on location where required
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with clients, freelancers, and team members
  • Highly desirable: valid driving licence and ability to travel to locations as required

What We Offer

  • A permanent role in a small, agile team where your contribution has immediate impact
  • Autonomy, creative freedom, and the chance to produce content you can be proud of
  • Opportunities to grow and progress your career as the company expands
  • Exposure to BBC broadcast projects, documentary films, and high-quality branded content
