In this field-based role, you’ll be the face of our company on client sites—installing, maintaining, and commissioning CCTV systems to the highest standards. Job Involves of but is not limited to:
- Installing and commissioning CCTV systems tailored to client specifications.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults, carrying out repairs and maintenance.
- Completing job documentation accurately and on time.
- Responding to system activations within the hour and recording findings.
- Advising on system risks and collaborating with Sales for optimal coverage.
- Keeping company vehicles clean, roadworthy, and safe.
- Providing clear, daily reports on installations and site visits.
Essential:
- Proven experience in CCTV installation and commissioning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent IT and networking skills (especially IP systems).
- Flexibility with working hours and locations.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS Card.
Preferred:
- Experience in open and closed protocol systems.
- PAT Testing Licence.
Desirable Experience
Background in engineering, manufacturing, or security environments.
