We are working with a well-established and forward-thinking construction specialist to assist them in hiring a Sub-Agent for their growing team in the East of Scotland. Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of civil engineering projects from planning through to completion
  • Assisting with the management of site teams, subcontractors, and resources
  • Ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and within budget
  • Contributing to programme planning and progress reporting
  • Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with specifications
  • Assisting with commercial aspects including cost control and variations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Sub-Agent or Section Engineer role within civil engineering
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support senior management
  • Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
