Pay Rate: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour

About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance / Business Support Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis. This varied role offers a mix of finance and administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase ledger, including recording bills and employee expenses and allocating them to the correct projects
  • Oversee client funds and petty cash, including distribution to staff and clients via bank or cash, and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks
  • Support payroll processes, including managing changes and recording transactions accurately against projects
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring QuickBooks is fully up to date
  • Take meeting minutes when required
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager
