Our client is looking for a Private Client Paralegal.

Description
- Assist solicitors in managing a caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion.
- Draft legal documents, including wills, LPAs, trust deeds, and estate administration papers.
- Prepare inheritance tax forms and applications for grants of probate and letters of administration.
- Conduct legal research and liaise with HMRC, the Probate Registry, and other third parties.
- Maintain accurate file management and compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, executors, and other stakeholders.
- Arrange client meetings, attend note-taking, and assist with file opening and billing processes.
- Support with the administration of trusts and estates, including asset collection, valuation, and distribution.
- Contribute to business development activities and maintain client relationships.
Profile
- Previous experience working in a Private Client department (essential).
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, and trusts (essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple files.
- Competent IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
