We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to join our client, who are a specialist mortgage lender.

The Underwriter will be responsible for the packaging and processing of mainly residential but some buy-to-let mortgage applications in accordance with company criteria and policy.

You will utilise your customer service skills and mortgage industry knowledge to deliver a great service to the brokers and/or third parties and collate all relevant information in order for the request to be reviewed for a final decision appropriately. You will also be adding value by educating brokers on products, criteria and processes.

We are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years experience within Specialist Mortgage Underwriting, with a mandate
- CeMap qualified
- Underwriting experience needs to be within the last 2 years


This role is fully remote based, and you will be provided with the latest I.T equipment to ensure you are working efficiently.
