My client is looking for a Solutions / Integration Architect to stabilise and define the architecture across their estate (SaaS ecosystem). This includes a full review of the estate to include blueprints and schematics. The focus is on design, direction, and practical problem solving, rather than pure documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assess and map the current system landscape and integrations
- Document data flows, APIs and system dependencies
- Define a clear target architecture across all platforms
- Establish source-of-truth for key data (e.g. profiles, bookings, spend)
- Resolve integration challenges between PMS and SaaS applications
- Support alignment of the Alliance platform with underlying systems
- Produce clear, business-friendly solution documentation
- Provide light hands-on support: Dataflow configuration, API mapping/integration guidance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors
Key Skills / Experience (Must Have)
- Solution Architecture / Integration Architecture experience
- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and multi-platform environments
- Deep knowledge of API-led integrations (REST, data flows, orchestration)
- Experience dealing with data consistency / master data challenges
- Ability to translate technical design into clear business outputs
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, unstructured environments
