Pertemps, on behalf of a public sector client, is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for Edinburgh City Centre. This office-based role is 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 08:30–19:00 shifts. Start date is planned for the end of September 2026, with a temporary contract until February 2027.
You will be the first point of contact for social work referrals, handling calls and emails, recording information accurately, and ensuring referrals are passed to the appropriate person promptly.
