This assignment will run through to August. You will be responsible for overseeing the snagging and finishing stages of the project, ensuring all units and communal areas are completed to a high specification and handed over on time. You will coordinate closely with site management, subcontractors, and client representatives to manage defect resolution and ensure quality standards are met throughout.
