We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, overseeing projects across the Tayside region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-end fit-out projects, ensuring exceptional quality, programme delivery, and client satisfaction from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing site operations on high-specification fit-out projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Maintaining programme, quality, health & safety, and budget targets
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Leading project delivery to the highest standards
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
- Strong background in high-end commercial fit-out projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to demanding specifications
