We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our groundworks and civils projects. You will lead a small commercial team, manage project costs, and support profitable delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial performance across multiple sites
- Oversee valuations, cost tracking, and final accounts
- Handle subcontractor procurement and payments
- Work with contracts (mainly NEC & JCT)
- Support tendering and pre-construction input
- Report on budgets, risks, and forecasts
