A care home in the Auchterarder area is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Care Assistant to work on a permanent basis.
Details of this Senior Care Assistant vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
- Permanent contracts available from 21 to 42 hours per week
- Long or short shifts available
- Competitive hourly pay rate of 15.48 per hour
- Overtime paid at 19.35 per hour
- Earn up to 42,500 per annum depending on contracted hours and overtime

As a Senior Care Assistant you will:
- Take a lead role in the day-to-day care of service users, supporting the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Leadership team.
- Support and guide Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:
- Previous experience working as a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant in a care setting
- A caring and empathetic nature with strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to high standards of care
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship or visa switch available)
