The Role
As a Remote Market Research Interviewer, you will:
- Conduct telephone interviews
- Engage with a wide range of people and gather valuable opinions and feedback
- Accurately record responses using online systems
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality
- Build rapport and create positive conversations with respondents
Requirements
- Reliable broadband internet connection with ethernet cable connection
- Quiet working environment
- Computer or laptop: Windows 10 or newer or Macs with Apple Silicon chips (M1, M2, M3 etc.) released after 2020
- USB headset with working microphone
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who are:
- Confident communicators with a friendly telephone manner
- Comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Able to work independently from home
- Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
Previous experience in customer service, administration, contact centres, retail, hospitality, or telephone-based roles would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
