Responsibilities in your new role as a Chef:

  • As our live-in Chef, you'll be instrumental in creating exceptional dining experiences for our client.
  • Your core responsibilities will include preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals, diligently tailoring them to accommodate various dietary needs, including specific allergens and other dietary requirements.
  • You will work collaboratively, liaising effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhering strictly to food hygiene, health and safety regulations is paramount, as is following client instructions and pre-planned menus to deliver consistent culinary excellence.

Your personality, experience and qualifications:

  • We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef with a proven track record in a similar role within a care home, nursery or education environment.
  • You must possess excellent English communication skills and, due to the nature of the role, a Children's PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) certificate is required.
  • If you're ready to hit the ground running, possess a can-do attitude, and meet these essential criteria, you'll appreciate our straightforward application process.
