Temporary Administrator - Immediate Start
We're recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Perth.
Location: Perth
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time
Pay Rate: 14.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary, starting ASAP for 4 weeks
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Benefits: Free on-site parking
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing invoices
- Updating and maintaining client records
- Raising purchase orders (POs)
- Applying discounts as required
- Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
- Previous administration experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for an immediate start
