Due to contract growth, we are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading business on a waste water site in Leven.
As part of an established team, you will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a day to day basis across the site. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in working on a Waste Water site with experience working with PLCs and Star/Delta startups; however those with a strong industrial maintenance background will be considered.
Candidates must be time served with 18th Edition to be considered for this role.
This is a permanent position based on Days Mon β Friday (Apply online only).
The role comes with a Van and Fuel card also.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of a comprehensive site maintenance management regime.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics and O&M manuals.
- A strong electrical fault-finding capability
- A strong team working ethic with a flexible working approach
- Experience working with PLCs, star/delta startups.
- Assist with the development of Apprentice worker(s)
- Provide assistance to mechanical fitters as and when required
Qualifications
- Time Served Engineer β qualified in an electrical discipline
- 18th Edition qualified
- Experienced working on industrial sites; Waste Water experience is highly advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs and Star Delta Start ups
