Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit a Face-to-Face Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis.

Location: Edinburgh - SouthWest Locality

Hours: Monday to Friday - 36 hours per week

Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional first impression
  • Supporting visitors with enquiries and guiding them to the right services
  • Managing appointments, including check-ins and issuing tickets
