Mobile Groundcare Service Engineer to join my client's team covering Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the groundcare industry, providing high‑quality service and maintenance to our clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of groundcare machinery.
- Provide onsite service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers to explain the service process and ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Health and Safety standards and company policies.
- Keep accurate service records and reports of work completed.
- Ideal Candidate
- Based in or around Glasgow or Central Belt of Scotland
- Proven experience as a service engineer in the groundcare, agricultural, or similar machinery sector.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for travel to customer sites).
- Familiarity with IBCOS (preferred but not essential).
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
