Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit for IT Helpdesk Advisors on a temporary basis.
Location: Edinburgh City Centre - Hybrid working (remote working may be considered)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
Start date: asap
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Pay rate: £18.34 - £21.56 per hour
The successful candidate will be joining a team to provide support, specifically for Oracle Fusion. You will be carrying out, but not be limited to:
- Fault finding
- System testing
- System configuration
- New user creations
- Implementing security updates
- Processing data
- Supporting with the back end of monthly payroll and BACS payments
- Any other tasks required
You should have previous experience in a system administrator or 1st line helpdesk role and be experienced with Oracle Fusion. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
