Key Responsibilities
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to candidates and prospective contacts.
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies.
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships.
- Generating valuable client and candidate leads during conversations.
- Supporting consultants with active recruitment campaigns and vacancies.
- Maintaining accurate records within the recruitment database.
- Assisting with candidate management throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, telesales, lead generation, customer service, or another telephone-based role is desirable.
- 2 years of previous customer service experience.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling a high volume of outbound activity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, resilient, and target-driven.
