Connect Appointments is recruiting a 360 FMCG Permanent Consultant to join our Hamilton branch. This is a 360 role with a clear new business focus on permanent recruitment within the FMCG sector. You'll be generating leads, winning clients and managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement.

What's on offer?

  • Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • £30,000 per annum + performance-related bonus

As a 360 FMCG Permanent Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new permanent business opportunities through proactive business development activity
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
  • Sourcing, screening and presenting candidates to meet client requirements
  • Writing and posting job adverts across local and national job boards

To be considered as a 360 FMCG Permanent Consultant, you will need:

  • Previous experience working within recruitment
